Empowerment & Family Coaching
A licensed social worker and/or caseworker will be assigned to each parent to help them create goals and a realistic plan to get them there. This may include family coaching sessions or referrals to external partners.

Safe & Affordable Housing
Built in 2023, Christian’s Manor is located in close proximity to IDEA & PSJA ISD schools, the Hidalgo County Advancement Center and the Boys and Girls Club of San Juan. Resident families pay no more than 30percent of their income for rent, a significant factor in making it possible to complete post-secondary education.
Career-track College Education
A requirement to the CM program is that every parent should be enrolled (at least part-time) in an associate or bachelor degree program OR four months from starting classes.
Career Placement
Upon completion of the associate or bachelor degree track, each parent will enroll in a 3-week, career services program to help her prepare before joining the workforce. This includes resume writing, mock interviews and more.
